In addition to her technical activities and business entrepreneurship, Ms. Hollingsworth has held positions of responsibility in financial management, insurance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. As vice president of Mergers and Acquisitions for Singer Financial, Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Hollingsworth participated in business valuation and analysis, positioning business for sale, highlighting maximum opportunity and facilitating desirability, raised capital and investment for business growth and business sales. Ms. Hollingsworth provides Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraisals for loan and various business activities, particularly sale or purchase of business, collateral valuations, etc.
