Introduction

I’m Brian Bernstein, founder of Heritage Business Brokers. I’ve personally marketed over 500 businesses nationwide, specializing in confidential sales for owners who want a controlled process and real outcomes.

Before brokerage, I built and exited Dove Water in New York in a multi-million dollar acquisition to Culligan. Having been on both sides of the table, I understand what it takes to build a business and what matters when it’s time to sell.
