I've been on your side of the table.

Before I became a broker, I owned a construction company for five years. I made payroll, managed crews, chased bids, and navigated the grind that every business owner knows. I've also managed regional operations for LKQ Corporation — a publicly traded, Fortune-level enterprise in the automotive parts and salvage industry — where I learned how sophisticated buyers think, what they look for, and how deals get done at the highest level.
That combination — owner experience plus corporate operations plus nearly a decade in real estate — is rare in this business. It means when you sit across from me, you're not talking to someone who read about your world in a textbook. You're talking to someone who's lived it.
