I have served on a variety of private company and non-profit boards, where my work has included guidance in both divestiture and merger activities. I am a licensed Sales Associate with the Florida Division of Real Estate. I received a B.S. in Accounting from Troy University and am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida.

Kathie previously worked in advertising and marketing for an international franchise for thirteen years as well as working with her family business prior to relocating to Venice, Florida in 2006.
