Mr. Beckett is a Certified Business Intermediary and former retail business owner of 10 years. He brings forty years of business experience, including four years in the corporate world and thirty-six years in small business. With a B.S. in Marketing and a Colorado real estate license, he focuses exclusively on business transactions and associated commercial real estate. From high atop the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge, he serves the central Colorado mountain corridor, focusing on the counties of Summit, Eagle, Grand, Lake and Park. An active member of both the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries and the International Business Brokers Association, he participates in both his profession and his community. Kevin’s professional background includes over a decade in distribution and sales of food and consumer products to all channels of retail trade. His experience has ranged from working for Fortune 200 companies to emerging and start up brands. He formed his passion and understanding of small business through ownership and successful exit of a start up beverage brand and working in the family real estate and property management company. Currently he is the President/Owner of a sales agency focused on CPG companies and earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. Kevin spends his free time enjoying all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer with his wife and two kids. My experience includes many facets of Business Ownership and Management over a 40 year period. I'm a Civil Engineering Graduate of Colorado State University. My areas of expertise include Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution, Consulting, Construction and B2B Service Providers. I have unique experience with emerging technical markets such as solar, wind and hydrogen energy, and with emerging consumer markets such as home elevators. I have successfully sold businesses that I started from scratch, and I've been involved in strategic mergers and acquisitions with firms where i was Investor and Senior Manager. I've bought through SBA loans and through earnouts and pooled investors. I've pretty much seen it all in small biz (under $10MM in enterprise value).

I've owned, operated, and sold several of my own businesses in the technology, financial wealth management, and real estate industries. I have great success in bringing a deal to fruition, benefiting both the seller and buyer to achieve their individual goals.

Educator turned entrepreneur, Justin brings 8 years of diverse industry experience in restaurants, coffee, travel, and social services. His journey has seen him adeptly managing and growing small businesses across these sectors. When not immersed in business endeavors, Justin indulges his passion for unique coffees and excels in the game of pickleball. Yet, his ultimate joy comes from spending time at home as a husband and foster parent. Mr. Chambliss has been a business broker in Colorado since 1992. His previous background includes 14 years in the homebuilding industry. For six years, Paul was the Denver Division Manager, then the Vice President and Construction Manager for Wonderland Custom Builders, a custom homebuilder located in Boulder. Paul brings real estate knowledge and property management experience to the office. He is an honors graduate of the University of Colorado with a BS in Finance and a BA in French. Paul has earned the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He contributes sale data to BIZCOMPS, Pratt’s Stats, and BizBuySell‘s Sold Comps, which are national databases of Guideline Private Company sales statistics. He is also an active member of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI), where he serves as the Vice-President of Communications and the Chairman of the Website Committee. His other affiliations include the M&A Source, the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers (DMCAB), and the Commercial Brokers of Boulder (CBB).

Mr. Yanish began his career during the high-tech communications industry boom of the 1990s. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing with experience spanning from global Fortune 500 management and manufacturing to owning his own property management company in Grand County, Colorado. He has worked in marketing, sales, operations, and product management where he developed new product lines and was awarded numerous design and utility patents. He has managed global teams, national channel partners, and personnel all the way down to individual contractors. His experience also stretches into renewables, such as solar and wind. He offices in Evergreen and Winter Park, Colorado.

Mr. Williams brings a wealth of business experience to the brokerage profession, having assisted dozens of entrepreneurs in Colorado with the formation, growth and exit of their businesses in a variety of industries and markets. Trained as a financial professional and CPA, his experience ranges from a founder in early-stage venture backed companies to international roles in multi-national organizations. Brian has served in a variety of corporate leadership and Board positions and has successfully completed financial transactions worth in excess of $1 Billion. More recently he served as a Partner in a CFO consulting practice and assisted numerous small business owners with the exit from their businesses. Brian has enjoyed serving as a Mentor to business owners through various business accelerators in Colorado and his passion is helping buyers and sellers achieve both their personal and professional goals. Brian and his wife are long term residents in Evergreen and enjoy skiing, golfing, and traveling.

Ms. De Lucia has been a business broker in Colorado since 1986. Prior to that, she spent six years as a chemical engineer and has owned both distribution and food manufacturing businesses. She holds an MBA from the University of Northern Colorado with an emphasis in Management, as well as a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Colorado, and a BS in Biology from the University of Denver. Suzanne has been selected as a Fellow of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the association’s highest honor. She has also earned the IBBA’s Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). Suzanne has served on the IBBA Board of Directors, and as Vice-Chairman of several committees in the IBBA. She is a founding member of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI), where she is a Past President and Past Chairman of the Education Committee.

Mr. Hobbs is a 47-year resident of Boulder County who brings a solid background in entrepreneurship and running service-oriented business. His previous experience includes serving national clients as varied as Microsoft, Volvo, Tom Peters, Chipotle and the Adolph Coors Co. He has led business initiatives from business planning, product development, to service operations. Don was the Technical Director for the Coors Bicycle Classic during the 80s. He actively cycles road, dirt and velodrome for fun and fitness. He is especially proud of his achievement in raising over $3 million for The Children’s Hospital Foundation and The Red Cross.

Kim’s enthusiasm for working with entrepreneurs brought her to business brokerage. She enjoys guiding business owners through the complex, and sometimes emotional, process of selling their businesses. Kim sits on the board of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI). She has earned a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and she holds a Colorado real estate license. Kim has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Computer Art as well as a Web Technologies Certificate. She enjoys music, art, running and hiking.

Dave brings to Front Range 28 years’ worth of passion and expertise in technology and the health/outdoor industries. As a sales and marketing executive, his wide range of experience spans Fortune 500 firms (Adobe and Texas Instruments) to raw start-ups. He has in-depth knowledge in both starting a business as well as in buying, developing, and selling existing businesses. Over his career, Dave has been involved in 8 M&A transactions worth $860 million. He is most proud that each transaction produced a successful organization with a thriving workforce. Most recently, Dave and his wife sold their adventure travel business alongside the Front Range team. While not helping buyers and sellers successfully reach their goals, you can usually find Dave on some bike—road, mountain and touring. He rides them all. In fact, he recently spent a month cycling the Pony Express route from St Joseph Missouri to San Francisco. In his spare time, Dave works on his passion project as a board member of www.OxygenBuzz.com, a lifestyle publication for active Baby Boomers. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from Northeastern University. He also makes a mean chili.
