Ken Lee, MBA is the owner of First Choice Business Brokers based in SE Michigan and splits time between residences in Michigan and California.
Owners tell me they are entrusting me with selling their businesses because they feel I am straightforward. I'm not bringing decades of M&A experience but I do have a background in sales and marketing geared toward results. In fact, you and I may be meeting because I am doing something other brokers are not.
As the managing broker, I oversee two other brokers who cover Eastern and Western Michigan and both have their Michigan real estate salesperson licenses. We are always looking for additional brokers who have the right background. Ideal candidates have experience with business ownership, real estate, accounting, sales, entrepreneurship and working capita launch their career in business brokerage. Part time brokers with flexible schedules may also apply.

Our First Choice Business Brokers office serves small business owners throughout the state who are looking to exit their business today or within the next few years. While we serve businesses of all sizes in all industries, this office focuses on manufacturing, distribution, logistics, construction, technology and other business to business companies. We also have brokers who specialize in restaurants, shops, salons, pet and retail businesses. Since most business owners underestimae the timeline required to sell, we prefer to meet owners well before they need to sell so we can prepare them for better exits.
