Introduction
I have been an entrepreneur since I was 14. In addition to cutting lawns, I had an afternoon paper route in Charlotte, my hometown. My family instilled in me a strong faith and work ethic.
After a successful career in the fields of engineering, product development, sales, product management and real estate, I can truly say that my career as a First Choice Business Broker is one of the most fulfilling.
?My background and experience will serve as a key asset in guiding our process. In addition to being a First Choice Business Broker, 10 years in Corporate America and 23 years as a full time REALTOR®, I have managed over 350 successful transactions since 2002 throughout the Carolinas. I started my real estate career with Century 21. In 2005, I earned their Centurion Award and was ranked as one of the top 100 franchise Century 21 agents in the Carolinas. Between 2010 and 2016, I consistently achieved the 100% Club Award from RE/MAX International.
I am a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and The Johns Hopkins University with a MBA in Corporate Finance from the Carey School of Business. I am active in the community with my church and fraternity. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and guiding my two daughters with their academic, soccer, track and gymnastics endeavors.

Lenwood Mills has been in the business field for almost 30 years. His work ethic and drive began at the age of 8 when he began mowing lawns along with working in the tobacco fields of North Carolina. This experience taught him at an early age the value of hard work, saving money and how to manage business at an early age. Many years later his hard work ethic and experience paid off for him. Lenwood entered the management field in the early 80’s which eventually lead him to become a District Manager for several years then on to an Area Developer covering several states and a Franchise owner of up to 17 locations.
