Frank Nunziata is a licensed Real Estate Broker of the First Choice Business Brokers Columbus Ohio office. He has over 40 years of extensive experience in accounting, sales, marketing, and business ownership. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and started his career, working for PWC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) as a public accountant. Additionally, Nunziata has held senior and executive level positions for numerous Fortune 500 companies. After leaving corporate America, Nunziata started an independent accounting practice, specializing in client businesses, having 50 or less employees. Nunziata has detailed first-hand knowledge of what it means to operate a Main Street business as he has personally owned both independent and franchised business operations. Nunziata is also the Area Representative for First Choice Business Brokers in the state of Ohio. In that role he works closely with the Franchiser of First Choice Business Brokers and with other Ohio offices helping them to achieve their business goals. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2005 and in 2009 became a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Ohio. He has helped numerous business owners negotiate leases for both existing and start-up businesses. In addition, Nunziata has been a Business Broker since 2004, and his unique background differs markedly from most business brokers in the industry. Introduced aggressive sales strategies with enhanced marketing programs with distributors, and retailers. Through aggressive business planning practices that include annual, monthly, weekly, and daily plans. These plans identified objectives, strategies and tactics that helped drive consistent market share growth year over year. Most recently John has become a Business Broker with First Choice Business Brokers in Columbus, OH. His previous experiences as a Coach and Mentor in addition to being a small business owner himself have positioned him to help businesses and people achieve their long- and short-term goals. Telanda has 20+ years of business experience with over a decade in the franchising industry – from business ownership to consulting. Ms. Sidari has first hand experience in the emotional stages involved when buying or selling any business. She has the ability to help navigate you through the steps that are needed for a thorough process along with keeping your perspective focused on your goals. Prior to entering the business ownership / franchise world Telanda worked within a few Fortune 300 companies gaining experience with different aspects that create successful businesses and just to change things up – show business. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, OH she moved to NYC to work on The Late Show with David Letterman! At The Sherwin-Williams Co. she worked at corporate headquarters in the Marketing Dept. managing all the Grand Openings for any new or relocated stores. When at ADP she worked with small business sales in payroll and human resource needs. The largest piece she brings to the table when working with clients is trust.
