Trent Scott, CCIM, is the President and Broker of First Capital Property Group, Inc. (FCPG), where he brings over 20 years of hands-on experience across nearly every sector of commercial real estate. Since joining FCPG early in his career, Trent has been involved in a wide range of projects for both public and private clients, developing a deep understanding of the full real estate lifecycle—including property management, leasing, finance, consulting, syndication, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Trent holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Management from the University of Central Florida. His analytical background and market knowledge allow him to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity and strategy. Known for his creative problem-solving and ability to present every viable option, Trent is dedicated to helping clients and investors realize value and make informed decisions.
Throughout his career, Trent has completed over $243 million in real estate transactions of varying sizes and complexities. He has also prepared more than 100 Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for commercial properties across Florida. His work emphasizes strategic partnerships with lenders, developers, and investors to generate long-term value through thoughtful, value-add practices.
Trent currently serves on the Executive Committee of CORFAC International—a global network of independently owned commercial real estate firms—and will act as its Treasurer in 2025. He is also committed to community engagement, serving as a Financial Peace University instructor and contributing to leadership in various civic and professional roles.
