Margot Murphy is a professionally licensed business broker in California, with more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in real estate development, real property sales, construction management, executive coaching and business training development.
As VP of operations of her family-owned speed boat tour operation on Guam, she grew to become increasingly intrigued with the subject of business sales and business exit after it was sold in the 1990s.
Ms. Murphy has a strong background within the construction industry as founding partner of a metal building, roofing and specialty coatings company from 1989 to 1998.
With a degree in Journalism, Margot has always realized the power of the written word. Marketing is key to the success of selling a company at the highest market value, to the best-fit acquirer. Her interest in pursuit of knowledge ensures she is abreast of current practices, allowing her clients to gain maximum value through her representation.
