Introduction
I started in business brokerage as my own customer. I was one of the first Anytime Fitness Franchisee's starting my first location in 2005. I quickly built locations in MN, WI and TX. When evaluating what our exit plan would be, we decided to sell some of our first locations but keep the real estate. We eventually sold 7 of our 8 locations and we still own and operate one outside of Houston! Besides the fitness industry I'm well versed in the Health Care industry as I was manager of several DME locations and a respiratory therapist. I've also worked with several restaurants in selling there locations and/or real estate. I'd love to help you find your exit plan at the right time and assist in any way I can!
