Denise's lending background is extensive and distinguished. Since 2003, she has worked with some of the nation's most respected SBA lending institutions to structure, analyze, and close SBA 7(a), 504, and Express loans across the full spectrum of finance uses. Includes commercial real estate acquisition, business acquisition, partner buy-outs, start-up’s, franchise, refinancing, and construction lending both within home State of Florida and national scale.

In 2022, Denise achieved the CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), one of the most rigorous and respected credentials in commercial real estate. Earned through a demanding curriculum of financial, market, and investment analysis combined with a portfolio of verified transaction experience, the CCIM designation represents a commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and analytical precision that defines how Denise approaches every engagement.
