Elias E. Ladon, a Registered Investment Banking Representative is committed to helping the business sale and acquisition needs of business owners who have their "hands full" in running their companies and need professional representation. The business sale and acquisition process is complex and presents numerous challenges that can strain the business seller or buyer emotionally and physically. This is true even for the most seasoned business owners/operators with multitude of transactions in their background. The help of the Business Intermediary/Broker and the discipline he brings to the process is invaluable to the Seller or the Buyer. The experience-driven ability of the professional in seeing the whole process and anticipating potential pitfalls is vital in guiding the client to consummate a successful transaction at an optimal price and with proper terms. The ability of the professional in being a market maker and bringing a variety of transaction partners can give the Seller the confidence and peace of mind that they have reached the right decision.

Elias is the President and founder of Enterprise Development Resources, Inc. He has a diverse business and technology experience both in the Corporate world (has worked for large companies (Battelle Memorial Institute, BP Amoco and Kraft General Foods) and in small companies of his own (owned and sold, after turning it around, a small specialty chemical company Chemitron, Inc.) He has also joined the league of Angel Investors by having invested in a Food Technology Company (which has been developing and marketing a natural fat substitute in a wide range of foods) and in a telematics company.

In addition to his corporate financial and management skills, Elias has diverse experience in Manufacturing, Technology Management and Commercialization including commercialization of NASA’s technologies while working at Battele Memorial Institute; introduction of new specialty chemicals for electronic applications in the market place while owning Chemitron Inc.; Commercialization of a USDA food related technology.

Elias (awarded in 2016 the Lifetime CBI Designation) has both technical and business background at the graduate and postgraduate level in Business and Science. He received a MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University. He also received a MS Degree in Chemistry from Michigan State University and passed successfully all the requirements for Ph.D. (course work and qualifiers) except for a thesis.
