Introduction
A veteran business intermediary with over 25 years of experience doing both Main Street and M&A transactions, Jeff has the knowledge to guide buyers and sellers through the acquisition and divestiture process. Jeff has a degree in Business Administration from Auburn University and is a member of both the International Business Brokers Association and the M&A Source. He holds the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the IBBA and the CM&AP designation from M&A Source. After over 16 years in plant, operations, and general management, with large food companies, including helping to sell a manufacturing and distribution division, Jeff and his wife Sheree opened an office with one of the large business brokerage franchises. As a licensed real estate broker in both Alabama and Florida, Jeff has been involved in the sale of many businesses in his career as a professional business broker. Now as manager and broker of the Destin office, he looks forward to helping you with a successful business transaction.
