Introduction

Tom has over 25 years of senior-level experience at the GM/President/Group VP level responsible for multiple mid-sized ($15-$90 million) standalone businesses within multinational conglomerates including Dover, Siemens, Pall Corporation, and Oak Industries. He has extensive leadership experience in all functional areas including operations, finance, strategy, sales & distribution, product development and acquisitions.
 
Most recently Tom was an investor himself, purchasing an ownership stake in a small manufacturing company before selling the position and joining the Equity Group of Michigan. He enjoys working with small businesses and providing new ideas and energy to improve performance and grow without damaging the entrepreneurial spirit and values that made the company successful. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern.
 
Tom is active in the community, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board for Muskegon Area First, the economic development corporation for Muskegon County, and is also on the Board of Directors for the annual Michigan Irish Music Festival, a non-profit organization that has raised over $200,000 for local food pantries while also promoting local tourism and volunteerism in Muskegon.
 
Tom’s daughters, Taylor and Brooke, live in Amsterdam and Chicago. Tom enjoys sports, international travel and fitness and recently ventured into home wine making.

    Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. Professionally, he is recognized as an award-winning top producer in the mortgage industry, having excelled at Rocket Mortgage in downtown Detroit, and later as a broker. Saber Tool Company is a custom machining facility located in Cadillac, MI., Ken was the President/CEO of Saber Tool company from 1996 to March 2020. Prior to Ken’s purchase of Saber Tool Company, Ken worked for Inland Lakes Machine, Spartan Engineered Products, and Micro Switch Division of Honeywell. Aside from his busy schedule, Ken is a member of the Workforce Development Board in Northern Michigan, serves St. Agnes Parish Counsel and Finance Committees, as well he is the President of the Wexford Missaukee Intermediate School Board, and is a former Marion School Board Member. Ken is a graduate of Lake Superior University. Ken and his wife Jodie, reside in the Dighton area of Wexford County Michigan near Cadillac. Ken and Jodie have two sons, Chad, and Eddie.
