Transitioning from the franchise business, Molly ventured into the food service industry, joining Compass Group. Over the course of 12 years, she served as a category manager, collaborating with internal stakeholders and leading partnerships with renowned beverage and snack suppliers. Her expertise in managing quarterly promotions and spearheading successful snacking programs, particularly with a major confectionery company based in New York, showcased her strategic acumen and industry prowess. Beyond her professional endeavors, Molly finds joy in her personal life as a devoted wife and mother of four daughters. In her leisure time, she indulges in her passion for cooking and explores the world with her husband, embracing the enriching experiences of travel.

Greg Davis joins our Dynasty team from California and has been a Business Developer with 30 years of expertise spanning the Auto, Mortgage Banking, and Brokerage industries. Greg has earned the reputation of being a sought-after Broker known for his exceptional business management skills and has a proven success record reflected through growing profit margins, and revenues and increasing funding to clients through his expertise. His approach to selling is being consultative and providing individual relationship management by assessing the client’s value in terms of their needs to earn the largest profit and benefit. His strategy in working with buyers is developing an ongoing business relationship and ensuring the seamless delivery of client expectations.

Mr. Cedric Scott comes to Dynasty Business Advisors with an extensive educational background and experience in small to mid-market business acquisitions, finance, economic development. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Mars Hill University and attended Western Carolina University Graduate School for his Masters in Public Administration. He started his career as the Assistant Treasurer-Fiscal Manager for Advantage West NC, connecting public/private partnerships and managing the grants program for economic development projects in 23 Western North Carolina Counties. Cedric started his mortgage career in 2002 as a Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive and quickly moved up to Regional Sales Manager. He is an inactive licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in NC & SC.
