DAVE WILLIAMS: one of the most experienced business brokers in Southwest Florida. Having practiced here since 1977, he has seen Southwest Florida grow from a small seasonal community into one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. In doing so he has developed unparalleled knowledge of the business community throughout Southwest Florida. During his long career Dave has either sold or supervised the sale of thousands of businesses. In many instances he is now working with a third generation of business buyers and sellers. He has served multiple terms as a State Director for the Florida Business Brokers Association and was one of the founding members of the Southwest Florida FBBA Chapter.

DAN SMITH: Broker & President - Mr. Smith is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of combined experience in business brokerage, regional corporate management, business ownership and sales.
