Mr. Moore grew up in Kansas, just half an hour from downtown Kansas City. Following in the family tradition of being a Jayhawk, Patrick received his B.A. from the University of Kansas in Communication Studies with a focus in Persuasion and Organizational Communication. Several years later, Patrick pursued and earned an M.B.A. from Baker University with a focus in Marketing. Up until 2016, Patrick spent most of his career in analytics and consulting. During this time, Patrick was able to work with amazing companies such as Sprint, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, Intuit, William Sonoma, and many others. In 2016, Patrick left his analytic consulting role to pursue a dream of being a restaurateur and purchased the Lucky Pelican Bistro in Lakewood Ranch, FL with family. Patrick knows all too well how demanding of personal time running a successful restaurant can be. In latter part of 2021, Patrick and his family decided to sell the Lucky Pelican to pursue retirement and other business ventures, as well as to free up time for his family. Corporate Investment Business Brokers (CIBB) was the brokerage he used to buy and sell the Lucky Pelican. Having been impressed with CIBB’s attention to detail, sales strategies and overall customer experience; he pursued his third career and joined the organization as a business broker. Patrick leads CIBB’s Sarasota office and focuses on the tri-county areas of Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. When Patrick isn’t helping with the buying, selling and exit planning of business owners, he can be found on the ball fields coaching his children in youth baseball and softball year-round, while finding time to play in an adult league.

Mr. Kohn spent most of his career working in the Chicago area having been born and raised on the south side. Jeff has recently been appointed Secretary of the newly formed BBF SWFL District board and is a Lead Broker for CIBB. As graduate of Northern Illinois University with degrees in Business and Business communications he’s taken that education and over the past 35 years and has owned or managed several business’s himself as well as having bought and sold several businesses himself.
