My name is Richard Vizzini, I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Corcoran Country Living and the founder of The Wolf Team Catskills. My clients have affectionately nicknamed me “The Wolf of Woodstock”. I was given this name largely in part to my aggressive marketing, intense work ethic and the level of passion I bring to my career.
My 30 years of experience in sales and digital marketing give me the experience and keen edge that I needed to be ranked #2 in Ulster County in individual gross sales volume, in 2020 and 2021. During this time, I also set records in 3 counties and 2 villages of the Catskill Mountains. In 2019, while assembling the best team of dedicated buyer’s agents in the Catskills, I ranked #3 In Ulster County in Individual Gross Sales. I plan to be ranked #1 in 2022.
Now, I am primarily a listing agent representing some of the most special properties the Catskills has to offer. My listings are my signature, and I will spare no expense to represent them in their best possible light. My family roots in the area date back to 1948; even though I grew up in the city and my accent is a dead giveaway of that. I have been a weekender and semi local my entire life. I moved to the Catskills 12 years ago to live the dream full-time. As a result of my lifetime connection to the area, I have created a network of vendors that is always on hand to assist either a buyer or seller in every trade needed for home ownership. The value of this network cannot be understated as there are many moving parts to a real estate transaction.
