Ronnie Purdy is vice president of The Market Connection and head of the business valuation department. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Before his time with The Market Realty Group and The Market Connection, Ronnie spent much of his career as a commercial loan officer with Centerstate Bank. His experience as a banker, has helped develop the foundation necessary to make the transition into commercial real estate appraising seamless, and to become one of the leading business valuators in Central Florida. His finance degree and relationship with local professionals has been invaluable to the growth and success of his company.
Ronnie is called upon by The Market Realty Group for his vast knowledge of business and commercial real estate to assist our clients with the buying and selling process of their business or commercial property.
