Introduction
I thank you for reading this profile, as I feel it will give you an insite into to some of my professional experience and skills that will help current and future clients.
Background: Finance/Accounting/Real Estate and Business Analysis. Starting my own company in 1998, after 9 years in the mortgage business, I dove head first taking on and mastering all roles throughout the company, starting with sales, specializing on the self employed, the owners of companies. Beginning with real estate financing, but in many instances analysing cash flow management ending with corporate evaluations. Having a background in accounting, I completed quarterly reporting, compiled budgets and structured forcast models resulting in net worth valuations. I learned first hand that it takes a team to complete all tasks proficiently and that with a great team in place, you build value that you will actually realize now and when "Ready to Exit". Now, after 33 years within the mortgage/finance/real estate industry, I am branching out to help others and to utilize my skills as a M&A Intermediary with Capstone to help owners that would like our team to navigate the process.
