Background: Finance/Accounting/Real Estate and Business Analysis. Starting my own company in 1998, after 9 years in the mortgage business, I dove head first taking on and mastering all roles throughout the company, starting with sales, specializing on the self employed, the owners of companies. Beginning with real estate financing, but in many instances analysing cash flow management ending with corporate evaluations. Having a background in accounting, I completed quarterly reporting, compiled budgets and structured forcast models resulting in net worth valuations. I learned first hand that it takes a team to complete all tasks proficiently and that with a great team in place, you build value that you will actually realize now and when "Ready to Exit".
