With more than 19 years of experience as a licensed Ohio attorney, Thomas has guided countless clients through the sale and acquisition of businesses and real estate. In 2017, he expanded into business brokerage and has since helped entrepreneurs, investors, and families successfully buy and sell companies of all sizes.
Thomas holds an undergraduate degree in accounting, which gives him a strong financial foundation and unique insight into the financials behind every deal. This background, paired with his legal training, allows him to evaluate businesses from multiple angles—legal, financial, and operational—providing clients with exceptional value. Thomas is also a licensed Ohio real estate agent, giving him the unique ability to navigate both the business and property sides of a transaction.
