Business Acquisitions, LLC. matches business buyers with business sellers. Associations with various other groups working with mergers and acquisitions has been a natural progression of my business. As a CPA with over 35 years in public accounting, I have been involved with the purchase or sale of more than 30 different businesses. Some have been very large transactions involving multiple locations and multiple countries, while others have been smaller businesses. My CPA firm was sold in 2007. My experience in working with sellers and buyers both before and after a sale has provided valuable insight as to why some sales work and others do not. Sellers are providing financing for the transaction more often, therefore it is more important that the buyer be successful.
