Regina is a member of the Bristol Group, a boutique business brokerage firm. Previously based in Wilmington, NC, Regina opened a new branch of the Bristol Group in San Francisco, CA, in May 2025. She works exclusively with business owners who are looking to exit their business through sale.

Prior to starting her local brokerage in 2018, she worked over a decade in the global Fintech industry, developing international strategic partnerships, executing M&A projects, and negotiating contracts. She worked with worldwide organization such as Mastercard, J.P. Morgan and First Data, and has closed deals in the USA, in many European countries, as well as in Brazil, India, Australia and Nigeria.

When you speak with her, you might notice a slight German accent, a reminiscent of Regina’s childhood in Vienna, Austria. She graduated from the Technical University of Vienna with a master's degree in Business Informatics, speaks four languages, and lectured International Business at UNC Wilmington.
