Regina is a member of the Bristol Group, a boutique business brokerage firm. Previously based in Wilmington, NC, Regina opened a new branch of the Bristol Group in San Francisco, CA, in May 2025. She works exclusively with business owners who are looking to exit their business through sale. Prior to starting her local brokerage in 2018, she worked over a decade in the global Fintech industry, developing international strategic partnerships, executing M&A projects, and negotiating contracts. She worked with worldwide organization such as Mastercard, J.P. Morgan and First Data, and has closed deals in the USA, in many European countries, as well as in Brazil, India, Australia and Nigeria. When you speak with her, you might notice a slight German accent, a reminiscent of Regina’s childhood in Vienna, Austria. She graduated from the Technical University of Vienna with a master's degree in Business Informatics, speaks four languages, and lectured International Business at UNC Wilmington. Regina's style is straight forward and deliberate, and she sets the pace with her contagious enthusiasm.

During his 14 year career in the Hearing Industry, Jesse identified a strength for analyzing small businesses and growing them through building a strong culture that focused on excellence in customer experience. Jesse's first acquisition was the selling of his own multi-location retail operation. He then worked with a large private group as VP of Business development and Acquisitions. These experiences give Jesse a unique and valuable insight into main street and middle market business. Jesse lives in Eagle, Idaho with his wife and four kids. When he is not chasing kids, he loves downhill skiing with his family, golfing and his horses.
