We are locally based in Bellevue, Washington and serve business owners across Washington state. Bridgeview sources business buyers locally, nationally and internationally. Those buyers may be individuals, buyers from the same or a complementary industry, or based on size and seller requirements, private equity groups.
We work collaboratively with CPAs, attorneys, wealth managers, and insurance professionals. This collaboration extends further to our work with consultants who serve to prepare businesses for sale and to assist the transition to new owners.

Introduction
Terry began his career with The American Appraisal Company and went on to become a Principal with Arthur Andersen and a Partner with Ernst & Young, one of the Big 4 business consulting and accounting firms.
He has been a presenter for accounting, valuation and taxation seminars for the American Management Associations, American Society of Appraisers, National Association of Accountants, Oregon Department of Revenue, and various state AICPA groups.
Terry is co-founder and Partner of Bridgeview Brokers, a premier business brokerage since 2001. He opened the Arizona office of Bridgeview Brokers in 2017.

Eric has been actively involved in mergers and acquisition since 1988, first with public companies and since 2001, with privately held firms. He brings extensive cross-functional and multi-industry experience from twenty-three years in telecommunications, including manufacturing, information media and deregulated telephone operations. His skills benefit from senior finance positions that encompassed the full breadth of traditional accounting and finance responsibilities as well as operations planning and analysis, auditing, domestic and international acquisition and joint venture activities, along with new product and business launches. Eric understands running businesses from having been General Manager of two telecommunications business units. Eric Breidenbach is the Past President and Co-Founder of Business Transition Advisors, a growing Washington organization of skilled business advisors.
