I love working with passionate, driven entrepreneurs. I am an excellent communicator and strive to keep my clients well-informed throughout the deal. My client’s best interests are always priority over closing any particular deal. My 30+ years of business experience gives me insight into the ownership mentality; I’ve been there and can relate to my clients’ challenges and successes. I have a deep understanding of both the financial and operating aspects of small-to-medium sized businesses, which gives me a huge advantage when selling them. I walk each client through every aspect of their transaction: marketing, offers, due diligence, escrow, and closing.
I was born in Africa, living there and in England before coming to California at the age of 14 … and I never left! I’m a hard worker, my first job was at Disneyland at the age of 15 and I’ve never stopped. I am passionate about helping people, combine that with my work ethic, 15+ years of real estate experience, 30+ years of business ownership experience, and I’m the perfect fit to help small business owners buy and sell businesses.
