Tony is a seasoned hospitality professional with a lifelong background in the industry, having grown up in a family deeply embedded in the business. With experience spanning nearly all positions within the industry, Tony has worked with some of the most prominent hotel brands. After relocating to Florida, his family acquired and operated a 16-cottage lodge and marina for eight years. He then expanded his management expertise, overseeing more than 125 rooms across North and West Florida over five years.
For the next 25 years, Tony owned and operated over 20 restaurant locations and consulted on hundreds more.
