Introduction

Lucia Jeong Yoon is dedicated to helping the needs of Landlords, Tenants, along with a multitude of retailers and developers. Her primary areas of focus span throughout the San Francisco Bay Area often focusing on the high-street retail corridors. Lucia has worked in the real estate industry for over 17 years helping her numerous clients to successfully sell their properties and businesses, and to consummate various types of leases.

Prior to Blatteis Realty, Lucia spent several years working in the airline industry assisting some of the largest airlines with their marketing campaigns, advertising and brand promotions. She also worked in residential real estate, sold numerous business opportunities, including many retail businesses. She enjoys spending her free time with her wonder family, singing and doing charity work. She is an active member of the Korean-American Choir of Northern California, a non-profit organization promoting community and goodwill through music. The choir has performed over 50 concert including concert tours in the United States and Asia. Lucia is also on the board of KOWIN SF, an international women’s organization established to support and maintain the rights and interest of Korean women globally.
