Background:
C. J. (Charlie) Vlahos is currently the President & CEO of Blanket Real Estate, INC. Mr. Vlahos works with Buyers and Sellers, does valuations, markets & promotes his listings and develops business plans for purchasing and financing.
Prior to actively managing his company, Mr. Vlahos held VP & General manager positions with several large wholesale and retail businesses. He also has owned and operated several businesses in CT.
Mr. Vlahos has bought, sold, leased and managed over 500 businesses and properties for his clients.
He has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Pace University and has completed all course work for his Masters in Finance from Western Connecticut University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in CT & NY and holds the GRI designation.
