The restaurant has been a mainstay in the area for years. The current owner has only had it for two years and purchased it without having any restaurant experience. There is A LOT more business that could be done, but the seller found that this is not for him. For example, there is a 952 SF room (with a separate entrance) that is not being utilized. It is basically a large storage overflow area. This could be converted to a space for showers, small weddings, meetings, private parties, Christmas parties, etc. Right now, they turn down parties if they are booked, rather than use that space.
