Introduction

I am a Texas-based entrepreneur and business broker with more than 30 years of hands-on experience building, operating, and exiting companies across manufacturing, energy services, security intelligence, and service industries.

Unlike traditional brokers who come strictly from sales backgrounds, I approach every transaction as an operator who understands margins, contracts, vendor risk, workforce structure, and real-world scalability.

My experience includes founding and operating Moldynamics Corporation, an automotive manufacturing company producing OEM and aftermarket composite components serving clients such as Ford Motor Company, Nissan Motor Corporation, Chrysler, Volkswagen and Carrier Transicold. The company developed proprietary composite tooling systems and private-label product lines for global brands including BMW, SEAT and Opel.

I also operated energy conservation programs in partnership with Florida Power & Light across the state of Florida, managing large-scale implementation and regulatory compliance.

In addition to industrial operations, I have built and sold multiple service-based businesses in landscaping and pool services, giving me direct experience as a seller navigating real transactions.

Today, I am the owner of BizRevive and the founder of Mexintel.com, a cross-border background/intelligence platform serving the security and risk mitigation industry. My current ownership in the security intelligence sector provides an additional layer of due diligence awareness and risk assessment that benefits every seller I represent.
