Peter has extensive experience, both domestic and international, in advising clients on the purchase or sale of small to large businesses & companies, subsidiaries or business units in a broad range of industries. Peter and his team of professionals have successfully executed transactions for large publicly traded companies, private equity firms, and closely held or family businesses. Whether an assignment requires providing advice to the third generation of a closely held family business in a potential sale, assisting the corporate development office of a major international corporation with a divestiture or identifying and executing a strategic acquisition program for a major private equity investment fund, Peter and his team of professionals can custom tailor the firm's services to meet the client's goals and objectives.
Peter has lived & worked in Seoul, Hong Kong, China, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Vancouver and Seattle, before settling down in Boston in 2001. So, when you talk to him about moving, he may know a thing or two and give you advice that is truly personal and from experience.
Peter is also an experienced international immigration consultant, having assisted thousands of families & individuals from all over the globe, not only move to, but also to settle in the U.S. & Canada. His expertise lies in E-2, EB-5 (real estate development, franchise & business investment-based programs), EB-1/2, L-1 (employment-based programs) and Education consulting (placement of international students in various secondary institutions & colleges).
