Broker Biography
Introduction
I have two lifelong passions in business: Entrepreneurship and Commercial Realty.
Over the past two decades, I have created multiple businesses with outcomes that included failure, closure, and successful exits. Those experiences shaped how I view entrepreneurs—not simply as business owners, but as artists. Entrepreneurs paint with dreams, struggle with reality, and through perseverance create something meaningful. I genuinely enjoy listening to the stories behind those journeys. If you’re an entrepreneur who needs someone to brainstorm with, I’m always open to a conversation. I’m not a professional consultant, and the only thing I’ll charge for that first discussion is your time, a cup of coffee, and your story.
My passion for commercial real estate began as a property owner and deepened after completing a transaction with a big-box retailer. That experience revealed the true magic of real estate—how the right deal can transform businesses, investors, and entire communities.
I am a licensed commercial realtor and CCIM designee, as well as a recognized serial entrepreneur whose companies have employed several hundred people throughout Central Texas. I hold an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a BS in Education from Texas Tech University, where I was honored as an R.O.T.C. Distinguished Military Graduate.
My commitment to community and thoughtful growth led me to serve four years on the City of San Antonio’s Planning Commission, including two years as Chairman. During my tenure, I presided over key issues that promoted economic development and responsible growth across the city. One moment from that service remains especially meaningful to me. After signing my final plat, someone said:
“Two hundred years from now, people will see your signature. The dream of a home, office building, or factory begins with your signature.”
That statement reinforced the lasting impact of real estate decisions.
I am a strong advocate for the business and real estate community and a firm believer in servant leadership. I am a graduate of Leadership San Antonio, Class 33, and have served on numerous boards and commissions supporting business, nonprofit causes, and community development. I currently serve on the boards of the Southside First Economic Development Council, the Youth Orchestra of San Antonio, and the San Antonio CCIM Chapter. I am also an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9186 and the Knights of Columbus.
My approach to commercial real estate representation is guided by a few core beliefs:
Every company needs a home—whether leasing or purchasing.
Every landlord wants good tenants—strong businesses that respect the property.
Every investor deserves a solid return—the risks are too great to expect anything less.
If you’re looking for a home for your organization, great businesses to fill your building, or thoughtful commercial real estate investment opportunities, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect. I’m a professional commercial realtor, but the first conversation still costs only your time, a cup of coffee, and your story.

Services Provided
I provide commercial real estate representation grounded in real-world entrepreneurial experience, strategic insight, and a strong understanding of how businesses grow and operate.
As a licensed commercial realtor and CCIM designee, I assist business owners and organizations in finding the right home—whether leasing space or purchasing a building that aligns with their operational and financial goals. I work closely with landlords to place strong, reliable tenants who respect the property and add long-term value. I also support investors in identifying commercial real estate opportunities that balance risk with sustainable returns.
My background as a serial entrepreneur allows me to approach commercial real estate differently. I understand the pressures of ownership, decision-making, and growth because I’ve lived them. My companies have employed several hundred people across Central Texas, giving me firsthand insight into how real estate decisions affect employees, communities, and long-term success.
I believe every transaction should create value for all parties involved—tenants, landlords, and investors alike. For those just starting the conversation, I’m always open to an initial discussion with no pressure or obligation. The cost of that first meeting is simply your time, a cup of coffee, and your story.
