My Background as an Entrepreneur
My perspective as a consultant is shaped by my own experience as a business owner. I have built, acquired, and operated multiple businesses across several industries, which has given me firsthand insight into the realities of ownership—from building systems and managing teams to navigating growth, operations, and long-term strategy.
Over the years I have owned and operated businesses in a variety of sectors, including:
• Property management and real estate services
• Food and mobile service businesses, including food trucks
• Route-based businesses such as vending machine operations
• Retail and e-commerce businesses
• Custom promotional products and branded merchandise companies
• Consulting and advisory services that help individuals explore ownership opportunities
