David Ragheb serves as a Senior Vice President of Alliant Capital Advisors and has been instrumental in all aspects of building value in family-owned and owner-managed businesses. Ragheb is also a corporate cultural coach and his experience, thought leadership, and positive energy to be a highly valued resource, especially when they are contemplating business legacy and exit strategies. David Ragheb's operational experience includes serving as a senior leader in Mars Petcare, Mars Food and Mars Confectionery one of the worlds leading Privately held companies with over 40 Billion dollars of sales per year. Prior to joining Mars, Ragheb served in a number of positions including Quality & Materials manager, purchasing, planning, project management, sales, and consulting positions with Procter & Gamble, Clorox and Liberty Quaity Consulting LLC. Ragheb was also involved in many family owned business from Pharmacies, C-Stores, gas stations, dry cleaners, restaurants and other business ventures and hence has a great broad spectrum of interests and expertise. Ragheb is a passionate supporter of community programs, including the Coptic community, and takes great pride in supporting young women leaders working in tough environment such as those in some developing countries. Ragheb received his Bachelor of Science from McMaster University.

Angela Graham is a second-generation business broker, the eldest daughter of Bill Marrero, the founder of Alliant Capital Advisors. Upon the passing of her dad in 2022, Angela stepped into his managing partner role alongside Jeff Brasher and Bill Oates. Angela graduated from Bob Jones High School in Madison, Alabama, and went on to attend and graduate from Auburn University. She has four children, her eldest son also graduated from Auburn in 2023 and her middle son is in his second year at Auburn. Angela has traveled throughout North Alabama when her children participated in sports and activities including baseball, soccer, swim team, marching band, mountain biking, and competitive bouldering. She has enjoyed spending time in every area of North Alabama and Southern Tennessee. Angela works closely with the Alliant team of experts in Nashville and is proud to serve as a seller's agent for Alabama and Tennessee. Grant Brasher is a Senior Broker at Alliant Capital Advisors, LLC. His experience in Administration, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics are great benefits during his work with both Buyers and Sellers. He has successfully closed deals across multiple industries. Grant works hard with strong morals and integrity to make sure his Buyers and Sellers are more than satisfied with his efforts. He is diligent in his work to make sure that his clients needs are always at the forefront. His model for success is proven and works across all industries. Grant resides in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife and daughter. He received his Undergraduate and Master’s Degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

Greg is a senior broker with Alliant Capital. Greg brings many years of experience in small business ownership and commercial real estate deals. A licensed realtor and lead negotiator for a company he co-founded for several years, he brings incredible negotiating power and is a skilled articulator. He and his wife, Maggie, grew up in Tupelo, MS and now live in North Alabama along with their three young children, Zoey, Callie and Walker.
