Introduction

David Ragheb serves as a Senior Vice President of Alliant Capital Advisors and has been instrumental in all aspects of building value in family-owned and owner-managed businesses. Ragheb is also a corporate cultural coach and his experience, thought leadership, and positive energy to be a highly valued resource, especially when they are contemplating business legacy and exit strategies.

David Ragheb's operational experience includes serving as a senior leader in Mars Petcare, Mars Food and Mars Confectionery one of the worlds leading Privately held companies with over 40 Billion dollars of sales per year.

Prior to joining Mars, Ragheb served in a number of positions including Quality & Materials manager, purchasing, planning, project management, sales, and consulting positions with Procter & Gamble, Clorox and Liberty Quaity Consulting LLC.

Ragheb was also involved in many family owned business from Pharmacies, C-Stores, gas stations, dry cleaners, restaurants and other business ventures and hence has a great broad spectrum of interests and expertise.

Ragheb is a passionate supporter of community programs, including the Coptic community, and takes great pride in supporting young women leaders working in tough environment such as those in some developing countries. Ragheb received his Bachelor of Science from McMaster University.
