Introduction
Angela Graham is a second-generation business broker, the eldest daughter of Bill Marrero, the founder of Alliant Capital Advisors. Upon the passing of her dad in 2022, Angela stepped into his managing partner role alongside Jeff Brasher and Bill Oates.
Angela graduated from Bob Jones High School in Madison, Alabama, and went on to attend and graduate from Auburn University. She has four children, her eldest son also graduated from Auburn in 2023 and her middle son is in his second year at Auburn. Angela has traveled throughout North Alabama when her children participated in sports and activities including baseball, soccer, swim team, marching band, mountain biking, and competitive bouldering. She has enjoyed spending time in every area of North Alabama and Southern Tennessee.
Angela works closely with the Alliant team of experts in Nashville and is proud to serve as a seller's agent for Alabama and Tennessee. Her experience in closing includes manufacturing, metal processing, fabrication, home services, construction, professional services, lumber products, automotive, and transportation industries.

I offer free, confidential consultations with business owners who may have an immediate need to sell their business, as well as, those who are beginning their exit planning with the intention to sell in the next 3-5 years.
A confidential consultation includes a financial evaluation and market analysis to give you an idea of what your potential selling price might be. The primary considerations will be found in your taxes or P&L statements, but I will also be looking at the unique aspects of your business which include: years in business, served territory, customer concentration, assets including real estate, employee skills, employee tenure, intellectual properties, branding, and contracts.
When you are ready to sell, I work for you for no upfront fee. I will create a confidential marketing packet for your business, screen buyers who have completed an NDA for their financial capability, facilitate negotiations, manage due diligence, as well as, oversee legal document creation and closing. My compensation is success-fee only, which means I only take a commission at a successful closing. So I'm in the boat with my exiting owners - I don't get paid until you get paid.
