Introduction
I'm Justin Sandridge, a Certified Business Intermediary and the owner of Murphy Business Sales – Charlotte. I work with business owners across the Charlotte region and beyond to help them sell their companies with clarity, confidentiality, and confidence.
Before becoming a broker, I built, ran, and sold businesses of my own. I started my first company in 2009, grew it over six years, and sold it in 2015. A few years later, I acquired a second business, managed its operations, and successfully exited from that as well. That real-world experience—on both the startup and acquisition sides—gives me a grounded, practical understanding of what owners go through during the sale process.
I focus on helping owners of small to mid-sized, privately held businesses prepare for and complete a successful sale. That includes accurate business valuations, practical exit planning, buyer screening, and full deal management—from initial consultation to closing.
