Round Hot Tub Spa Manufacturing Setup - RotoMold, Trailer & Jet Jig

All you need to become a Hot Tub/Spa Manufacturer & potentially your own Dealer!
1. Rotational Mold - used to make the hot tub shell (nearly new - only 100 pulls)
2. Jet Jig - used for drilling jet holes in the correct places
3. Custom Built Trailer - used to haul shells from factory to your shop to be built
4. All parts we have remaining, including:
- Shells not completely built before closing
- Pumps, Paks, Jets, plumbing, fittings, etc.
Build and Sell them yourself and pocket all the profit! Or build and sell them to Dealers. It's your choice!
How to do it:
In our time we opened an account and determined a price with Michael Brothers in Prescott, AZ (you may choose anyone you like), and then we brought them our mold (see photo #2). Then, when we needed, we'd put in an order. They had the resin (multiple colors) and the machine that would rotate our mold, creating the spa shells. Once they were ready to pick up, we’d haul them back in our trailer (see photo #5) and start building them (see photo #6). Afterwards, we would book shows such as State & County Fairs as well as Home & Garden Events, and then bring a finished Round Spa to show and sell to the general public (see photo #4). Additionally, we would display a Round Spa in our very own showroom. This was how we achieved a considerable success.

During times when my delivery guys had few/no deliveries, I would have them build these Round Spas to prevent idle time and make a higher margin. We only ever built 100 though, so we never entered full production and the mold is nearly new.
** Mold Details **
- Very High Quality
- According to Michael Brothers, this mold would cost over $150,000 to make if it were made today
- This is the only mold I know of where the INSIDE is the shiny side & outside is not (outside not seen when fully built)
** Trailer Details **
- Clean Title in Hand
- Deck is 28' long
- Holds 14 uncut shells or 40 cut shells
- Explanation: The spa comes out of the mold with the bottom connected to the top of the tub: You cut it off, flip it over, & it rests underneath the tub. This is more efficient as you don't need two separate molds for the tub & the bottom
