Concierge Medical Practice
This established clinic provides comprehensive healthcare services for both men and women, including same-day appointments for acute conditions such as headaches, influenza, and back pain. In addition, the clinic offers annual physical examinations, chronic disease management, general health and wellness consultations, clinical exams, EKGs, and ongoing care for conditions including asthma, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, arthritis, diabetes, dietary concerns, and weight management.

An annual administrative fee of $1,000 is assessed to cover services not reimbursed by Medicare or private insurance providers. Currently it has 330 members and is over due for a membership fee increase.

As a member of an independent practice association (IPA), the clinic collaborates within a network of 2,100 physicians to coordinate healthcare for patients enrolled in HMO plans.

Staffing: The clinic employs two full-time professionals: an Office Manager and a Medical Assistant. Payroll processing and human resources support are managed through MMCHR.
