Our PB-1000 is the only battery powered dent puller on the market! The Direct Current system used in the PB-1000 is unmatched in shop portability and safety. DC provides for a superior repair and minimizes damage caused by burn thru from heat build-up. Developed originally for the collision repair industry we are seeing the technology attractive to different applications opening additional opportunities. The PB-1000 is used by several automotive OEMs to correct flaws right on the production line for new vehicles.

The HWS Hybrid Welding Station makes factory quality spot welding available to any body shop even those without 480V/3phase electrical power that most spot welders in the collision repair space require. We have recently demonstrated the HWS to washroom hardware manufactures and aircraft repair facilities.

The Battery Powered MIG welder offers endless opportunities as the "green" revolution starts to take hold in every aspect of Industry. The HPM MIG welder welds Aluminum (Thick to 1" or Thin to pick up body thickness), Steel, Stainless Steel and MIG Brazing, using off the shelf batteries. A built-in charger operates on a simple 110V outlet you can find in your garage with no battery duty cycle limits or on a fully charged battery, weld 500 inches on 1/4" steel totally offline! Applications for this technology are endless, eliminating diesel generators or heavy power supply cords to get the job done.
