Established in 2015, Holla Mode was the first Thai ice cream shop in Austin and the 4th in the nation. Ice cream base made with real milk and coconut milk instead of powder mixes, like most operators. I operated year-round but this is great as a seasonal business that focuses on summer sales and events- that's the sweet spot.

My responsibilities have shifted to my family's business, so looking to sell.

This is an asset sale but use of the name is an available option as well. Your own brand can bring some fun new energy, but, that being said, Holla Mode has been in the area for a decade, so I understand that approach as well.

I'm available to train the buyer.

If you purchase in time, you might be able to get great momentum serving at ACL 2025 which was 25% of my revenue done in six days.

Two Trailers:
1) 2015 "BBQ Trailer". 18 feet. It has a 10' box and an 8' patio with turf and lights. Two rooftop AC units. Full hand sink/3comp sink with 30gal fresh water tank and 50gal gray water tank. New wrap in 2023. This was custom made new by Freedom Trailers for about $45k

2) 2016 "Car hauler" Style trailer. 28 feet. Custom made by Cruising Kitchens. Remaking this new right now would cost over $180k. Floors and plumbing were completely redone in May 2024.
2 Door True Fridge, 2 Door True Freezer, 1 Door True Freezer, 1 48" Dipping cabinet, 2 32" Dipping cabinets, 4 Thai ice cream machines, 1 SS prep table 4-5feet, Wire shelving, 3 rooftop AC units (new 2024), a 3 ton split AC unit with two air handlers, remote condensers roof mounted. New wrap in 2024

Additionally there is countless small kitchen equipment and tools.
